beachy folk covers of the more subtle hits
The mellow folk tunes of Grand Baxter journey through the subtle hits of the decades; easy on the ear, but warm on the soul.

Grand Baxter's Ben Langdon is a singer-songwriter from Melbourne who, when not playing original music, loves to thumb through the forgotten hit records of yesteryear. Peter Gabriel, Jackson Browne, Bill Withers and James Taylor's impact in his original music is profound, and via sun soaked nylon guitar rhythms, a bounding kick and soft vocal melodies, he breathes life into these songs with a true energy and love.

Langdon has performed original music for over a decade, in his bands The Bean Project and Grand Baxter, performing at Port Fairy Folk Festival, National Folk Festival, being named the Young Folk Artist of the Year in 2016, and being invited to Kansas City to showcase at Folk Alliance International in the USA.
